Hotel with helpful staff and a convenient location. The staff was very helpful me with some travel issues and gave me good recommendations for various things. Buses go to every direction in front of the hotel and there are some sites like the San Telmo district and Plaza de Mayo within walking distance. My room towards the inside of the block was very quiet. The breakfast was good and rooftop gym had nice views and good equipment for a hotel.

La habitación era muy cómoda y el staff servicial. Creo que uno de los desaciertos del hotel es el desayuno con productos muy de calidad básica. Es abundante pero de una calidad muy baja. Puedes salir a tomar desayuno a alguna tienda argentina y es de muvho mejor sabor. El otro punto a mejorsr es el sistema del ascensir. Sólo puedes subir con la tarjeta de tu habitación, y sólo puedes dirigirte a tu número de piso, lo que quiere decir que si vas aen grupo y se quedan en diferentes pisos es un lío visitarse o ayudarse en algo, y un kilombo si tienes que ir a la azotea donde te tienen que activar la subida y además subir 1 piso por escalera manual

I wish the scrambled eggs were hotter at breakfast. Good AC in room, my stay was in December when it was hot and humid outside. I had some trouble adjusting the water temperature in the shower. The location was safe and convenient for the San Telmo Sunday Fair and the Plaza de Mayo. Bus stop across the street, subway station two blocks away. The hotel was able to watch my luggage before and after my stay.

Equipe excelente e super solícita. O hotel fica muito bem localizado em uma área central e muito próximo da Casa Rosada. O quarto era bom, cama confortável e quarto espaçoso, entretanto o chuveiro era um pouco fraco o que incomodou um pouco. O café da manhã era muito bom (pelo menos pra mim que ama comer coisas doces no café da manhã! Acho que de coisas salgadas tem um pouco menos, mas nada que atrapalhe a viagem).
