We so enjoyed our stay at Sersale Suites. It was super clean and cute! The breakfast was DELICIOUS. And every person we spoke with on staff was kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was one of the nicest/largest hotel showers I’ve seen!

Excellent location, walkable to everything in the old city. We stayed in the Capri suite which had a lovely large balcony overlooking the city with distant views of the sea. A wonderful breakfast was prepared by Lisa every morning. She was very friendly and welcoming and kept our suite and the common area spotless. Highly recommend!

Great Location in Sorrento

Our host Naomi was very responsive and always reachable. The location was great for everything we wanted to do in Sorrento and convenient to one of the big public parking locations since we had a car. The continental breakfast made fresh each morning was good and the cook was quite pleasant. The room was clean and seemed newly updated. Our only issue was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable and the HVAC was loud, but these were not significant enough to keep us from staying here again should we come back.

We had a wonderful time at Sersale Suites. Our suite was amazing. Francesco went out of his way to help us with directions and to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Like its location: hidden in a small alley in the center, close to actions but far enough from noises. Spacious and very clean. Very surprised to see slippers and tooth brushes and toothpaste in the room. In addition to Lisa's delicious home-made breakfast, I love the colorful local signature plates they used. We were in Italy for 10 days and ended our trip in Sorrento at Sersale Suites - and it was the perfect ending to our trip! Everything was top-notch, from Marco and the team at checkin to Lisa each morning with custom made-to-request breakfasts … it was amazing! These units are newly renovated and high tech in every way with motorized shades to LED changing lights in the bathroom, to beautiful decor throughout! The location is perfect to local shopping and restaurants and central to everything in Sorrento! If you are planning a stay in southern Italy and looking for a hub to launch from, Sersale Suites is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We had the Capri room and had our own balcony too!!! Side note: There is an ‘off-season’ until after Easter, so while rates and crowds are lower, many local shops and sightseeing (ferries to Amalfi, Blue Grotto, etc) are closed and under renovations. Just set your expectations a little lower for those things - but otherwise it’s was a great time! Thanks again to Sersale Suites for blowing away any expectation we were hoping for! You nailed it!

You will be treated like you are in a 5* hotel. Meet us to check in, had suggestions on dining which were great! Called us the day before to see what they could set up for us, very helpful. Breakfast was fabulous! We had it on our balcony each morning and it was beautiful. Wonderful way to start the day. remembered what we did not like the day before and should change the menu to fit our likes. Room very nice, location convenient. We left our car key there and they shipped it to us in the US, We would stay there again and recommending the place to our friends

This was the most magical place!! I would put 500 stars if I could. They got all the details! From toothbrush with toothpaste to little egg holders for your breakfast. Giuseppe, Luci and everyone in the staff so welcoming. And the breakfast AMAZING and so generous! The balcony with amazing view and even prettier tables. Shower that you didn’t want to stop showering, decoration super beautiful and sorrento style. We stayed in the positano room and couldn’t be happier. We wanted to stay longer but booking this gem last minute meant we were only able to stay for one night but it was soooo worth every penny! Best place I’ve ever stayed. Hands down. 😍 hope to see you again sometime!!

The apartments are located a short distance from the town of Sorrento - literally a five minute walk and are very central for all tourist attractions, including shops, restaurants and the beach. The accommodation is on the fifth floor of a block of apartments, accessed by lift. Really delighted we choose Sersales Suites as the facilities were modern, very clean and had a great walk in shower. Breakfast was provided by Maria who went out of her way to please guests. There was a choice of sweet or savoury or a mixture of both. Guests can also help themselves to coffee and pastries in the small restaurant outside of breakfast hours. The housekeeping was of a high standard and the room was cleaned daily. Sersales Suites arranged our transport to/from Naples Airport and we had a delightful driver called Francesco. We were very pleased with our stay and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and would happily stay again. Although not a hotel, the staff at the Sersale Office are always contactable and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We were a bit worried that our arrival time would be earlier than check in, as the apartments do not have a Concierge. However, this was not an issue on the day, as the Office sent someone to welcome us with the key.
