The kitchen was well stocked and the room was very clean. The decor was fun and and added to the experience. This was my 3rd time staying here and I plan on returning. The self check-in was awkward because the emails the hotel sent that included the door code and other instructions did not arrive until long after we arrived. The staff said they emailed me in the morning.

The Johnny Cash room was more than we expected. It had four separate spaces: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Everything was well equipped and made for a great overnight stay. I definitely would highly recommend this location.

Mixed feelings about how to judge this. Not sure how many better accommodations exist in Bisbee so I will judge on a Bisbee standard. Otherwise, I would rate it one star. I will give it 3 stars on an overly generous curve. Century old house that was owned by one of the wealthiest guys in Bisbee. Beautiful arts and crafts architecture. Our room was lovingly decorated for the most popular pop band of all time. The hotel could get away with the concept of "staying in a museum" if one knows that up front. No light switches, there are century old light buttons. Outlets are few. The shower is almost inoperable it is so old. Worst shower of my life. No chairside or bedside lighting, just one overhead light with the intensity of operating room lighting. That can be forgiven, if you know it going in. There was no one on site ever (that was mentioned in the info). Still felt like The Shining. There was only one car in the parking lot while we there and we thought perhaps we had walked into a drug deal. The car was there in the morning so I guess that was not the case. The parking lot is overgrown with weeds and there was dog poop on the entrance ramp, both of which are unforgivable. The front porch area could use some love. The toilet seat is days away from detaching from the bowl. If I return to Bisbee, I am not sure where I would stay. I know it would not be here.

This is my only review from my odyssey from SW Florida to wine country CA, and back. Aside from a friend’s home in CA, nothing comes remotely close to the quality of this experience at Greenway Manor. It took a call which was answered promptly by a very pleasant entrepreneur to get settled in. She set me up in a beautiful bungalow behind the main house next to a garage with a nice mural on the side. The place was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Sandwiched between hotels/motels, ranging from filthy to clean in common areas and rooms, staffed with from high level professionals to desk agents sitting at tables with phone and soda leaving a ‘be back soon’ sign, or sitting in a back room out of earshot, or leaving their post to accommodate continental breakfast patrons, only answering “is anybody here?” the third time with “you’ve got to be a little patient.” No, actually I’m paying you to not abandon your post and ignore my calls until you feel like it. The best was the desk agent in company polo and flannel pajama bottoms! If this sounds like wasting money to you as well, seek out places like the Greenway Manor. Should I find myself within 25 miles or so of the place again, that’s where I’m staying. And I’ll leave time to check out her restaurant downtown Bisbee.

I liked the themed rooms and quaintness of the facility. I did not receive check-in instructions, which made it inconvenient and annoying with time commitments. The stand alone tub conversion to a shower was extremely difficult to navigate getting into the tub/shower and then with the shower curtains clinging to me while showering and no place to put shampoo or soap.

The room was very clean and adorable.. We had the Diva room with 2 queen size canopy beds. It was like home away from home. It was set up like a mini studio with a kitchen. I loved that i was able to cook which saved us money. Staff was friendly, I also like that it's a self-check in when we got there you had a security code to enter to the house. We felt save. This is a place i would recommend to anyone. I will stay again in the near future. Thank you
