We booked a cabin and received a nice upgrade to a cottage, which was very clean, well decorated, quiet, and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was roomy to cook in, plus there was a nice area to sit outside and gaze at the sweet cows. It's a lovely destination in itself and not far from Trim.

A quiet peace of heaven in the Irish countryside. The only neighbours were the cows. FYI you need a car to get there easily. Would stay again for sure.

The property was quiet and beautiful. The cottage was stunning. The owners were kind and caring. There were eggs, milk, bread, butter, and jam in the kitchen. It is out in the country. Having your own car would make the stay easier. Trim is 10 minutes away, and I was able to get taxi service but the drivers all mentioned the distance almost made them not pick up the ride. I highly recommend staying here.

Luxury in the Irish Countryside
Beautiful setting and surroundings with fabulously comfortable, spacious and stylish accommodations. We arrived late (and exhausted) from South Africa and were pleasantly surprised by a wonderful welcoming. Truly appreciated the thoughtful continental breakfast provided free of charge. Our only regret was that our itenerary didn't allow for a longer stay!

Out in the country and surrounded by nature, this home looked literally brand new inside and out. The lodging was spotless and of great quality with great attention to detail. It had everything we needed plus additional details we never expected. Check in was easy, the host very nice and prompt to respond. The grounds were so beautiful it felt like we were on a huge estate. Would recommend to anyone I know!

Beautiful, Pristine & Peaceful Property
Boyne View House is a magnificent, beautiful, pristine, peaceful and tranquil 100+ acre property just a short 3 mile drive to Trim. The pastures are idyllic with healthy and friendly cows and sheep. The River Boyne runs through the property and would be a flyfisherman’s perfect home base. The cottages are new, perfectly clean, comfortable, well-designed, have tons of natural light and are well-stocked with everything you need. Anthony and Dierdre (sp?) are delightful hosts. We loved this place, give it 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely stay here again when we return.

Horror of an experience
Made a booking and travelled with my wife and 2yr old son for over 2hrs and arrived late at night with s tired hungry child to be told that they have to cancel our booking as the child is not welcome.
Absolute disgrace they should be ashamed of themselves.
We then couldnt get anywhere else as this establishment is way out in the middle of nowhere and anything else was booked up due to weddings so we had to travel all.the way home with a very unsettled child and a a very annoyed wife.
NEVER GO HERE VERY BADLY MANAGED

We booked this property last minute. From the moment we arrived and met Deirdre, I had a feeling we were going to enjoy our stay.
Deirdre is very warm and welcoming.
We stayed in Applewood cottage. It is a beautifully appointed cottage, I couldn't fault it in anyway. It was clean, beautifully decorated and with a very comfortable bed.
We talk some time to walk the grounds of the property, it was lovely to be in a rural setting. I highly recommend this property as place to stay. Looking forward to returning again.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The grounds are gorgeous and inviting. We stayed in the Erin Cottage on 8/23/23 for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a newer cottage. Clean, quiet, comfortable with all the conveniences you need for a longer stay. Plenty of hot water and nice linens. Just a short drive to town where many dining options are available. The owners are such a delight as well. Upon arrival we were greeted and provided with eggs, milk and 2 types of jam for our morning breakfast. Coffee, tea and sugar was in the cupboard. If you want a break from all the hustle and bustle of being in town and want to see Ireland’s countryside this is for you. Would have rated it higher if I could have!
