Convenient to the Katy Mills mall and restaurants. Hotel was quiet, and the room was clean. The layout, however, was very inconvenient and made coming in/going out a fuss. The entire room lacked adequate lighting, especially in the bathroom. Beds were very firm and stiff. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall not bad. Breakfast was eh.

I worked a 19 hour shift just to find my room had no hot water nor any front desk to talk to in the early morning hours, my room phone didn’t work either. I left a note requesting a late check out and luckily I woke up early because this hotel doesn’t offer late check out past 12. When I went to leave I let the front desk know and they didn’t seem to care, they just said thanks well let maintenance know. Terrible rooms and rude staff, I’ll never make the mistake of booking la Quinta again…
