Terrible! And I mean terrible! Please don’t book!
Front desk has sign that states no refunds after 20 minutes. 1st red flag! Rooms are filthy and smell like cigarettes. We instantly asked for another room. The front desk suggested us to “spray” the room. No way! Gave us another room without carpet. Still smelled. Still dirty. Couldn’t sleep there even a night. Asked for refund within ten minutes of arrival. They said sure but hotels.com
Has to call us for it! Hotels.com worked with them for 3 weeks! Ramada said they approved and refund on aug 16, No refund. They decided to not give us one! We called back and the hotel said they weren’t giving the refund. So stressful. Worst people. Worst hotel. Please save yourself the headache. I’m calling the health department!
