Great place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the young man who works the kitchen for breakfast. He went over and above expectations during our stay. The pool and hot tub are cleaned daily. My only less than positive feedback is that some of the hardware fixtures in the rooms could stand an update (i.e. faucets, toilet paper holder, etc). The bed was more comfortable than most hotels, and we really enjoyed the two-bedroom suite for a family experience.

The hotel staff was amazing JayJay was very helpful, understanding, friendly and respectful. Our plane got in late I called to make sure they didn’t cancel our room. He was friendly and helpful telling us what was open and around. I will book a room here again on my next trip.

Very nice staff, the room was comfortable. Easy check in, no Hassel. I loved the bathroom, the room was very clean. And the Breakfast was actually pretty good. The cook kept everything fresh, hot and refilled everything. I even saw him tightening the breakfast bar a few times. Great service!!!

This is an older property but I knew that when I booked, I also understand the rate charged is much less than you’d find for comparable newer properties. Therefore I wouldn’t complain once I actually stay there. I didn’t encounter any bugs or overflowing trash cans and the area was safe, I didn’t notice anyone gathering outside that didn’t belong and I’m extremely cautious when it comes to safe areas, and very aware of my surrounds so if I saw it, you’d know it. The front desk was very courteous. No issues at all. Lovely stay that didn’t break the bank!

Pet friendly hotel is GREAT!

We come into town every 3 months. This hotel allows us to bring our dog. Plenty of area around to walk her. Place is clean and does not smell like animals. I have stayed at other hotels that allow dogs and they stink. This hotel is kept really clean. I am very pleased.

I will definitely be coming back to this location if I travel to this Texas area. It was such a nice location, I walked to 7-Eleven and to all the restaurants located near by. It is right next to the Addison Improv, which is in the parking lot next door. Staff was also very nice. I chatted it up with a staff member about the bold coffee. She was VERY polite and friendly. The front desk was quick and smooth with check in and check out. Applause for this Residence Inn.

Overall, this is/was a great place to stay. What was really nice was the size of the suite with two separate and distinct bedrooms and a very nice common area with great kitchen facilities. My two main minor complaints were 1) garbage was allowed overflow the can by the entrance door from the parking lot and 2) the breakfast was not quite up to par compared to other locations we stayed at. The fact that the gym was open 24 hours was nice however.
