Lovely clean, modern apartments. Spacious and had everything needed. Staff very welcoming and helpful, very knowledgeable. Noisey at night due to being on a busy street. Sofa bed is the main seating area, this is uncomfortable due to having a low back and when a family of 4 are trying to seat on it, it becomes difficult. Otherwise lovely place and would definitely stay here again!

Great location.

Had a good stay. The location was really good and the room was very big and very clean. There was coffee available in the lobby throughout our stay and mini muffins were available in the morning. We didn't get our free bottle of wine for being a gold member but there was wine available in the evening. It wasn't great so we only went down once for this. Our last night was a Friday and there was quite a lot of noise from other guests early in the morning. I slept through it with ear plugs but it woke my husband. Overall we had a great stay.

Perfect location minutes from Plaza Major and the Royal Palace. Friendly staff, very welcoming. No coffee in the room, but coffee available in the lobby. There was no ac in April though it got quite warm. The only option was to open a window into an interior courtyard, which was fine except the last night when we could hear a couple arguing very loudly until 1:30 am. No sleep that night.

Nice apartment in the heart of Madrid

Thank you for the free upgrade (for being a gold member?). The one-bedroom apartment was very new and clean. I got an interior unit and I couldn't hear any street noise. The biggest negative was a bad smell that was present all throughout our stay. The place might feel a bit aseptic, but it was functional. The free coffee in the morning in the lobby was good. And we also got a free bottle of sparking wine. Great location in the center of Madrid, near mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor.
