Under construction. Had to park and walk 2 blocks with all our luggage and then go up a flight of stairs just to check in. Rooms were reduced and had columns in the middle of the room or next to window. Bathrooms were closed off by a curtain and the shower are is closed off by transparent glass. This used to be the best hotel in Zaragoza. Now everything about it screams “CHEAP”.

The room itself exceeded our expectations—spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It was modern, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room to relax after long days of exploring the city. Everything about our experience here was perfect. I would absolutely stay at New Point Madrid Opera again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!
