This was my first stop on my first trip to Italy and this was the PERFECT place to ease me into it (I don’t speak a word of Italian). The front desk staff was exceptional, the breakfast was everything I needed, and the location can’t be beat. Close enough to everything that nothing was more than a couple minute walk, but far away from riff raff that it was dead silent at night. Clean room, comfortable everything, great stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Not a 4star hotel, just a youth hostel

No es un hotel, es un hostel This is not a 4* hotel, maybe a Hostel, but never a hotel. If it were an hostel, I'm ok, but quite expensive for being an hostel. Breakfast, is a kidding, low low quality, choices and 14 euros! They are overdue by far. There are plenty other options in Aosta, so go out of one if you don't want to stay in a youth hostel. (If the price is lower than 50 euros, then is just ok, but for more than this, believe me, go away.

Séjour d’une nuit sur la route du retour de vacances. L’hôtel dans l’ensemble est bien avec une deco atypique amusante. L’emplacement est bon car au pied de centre historique magnifique d’ailleurs. La chambre est sympathique (pour 4 personnes 2 adultes et 2 enfants), cependant, pour le prix, nous aurions aimer trouver quelques accessoires normalement disponibles dans d’autres hôtels. Pas de shampoing dans la salle de bain, uniquement du gel douche, pas non plus d’après shampoing. Pas de café uniquement du thé et 1 sachet par personne (…). Bouteilles d’eau payantes, et fontaine à eau hors service. Pour finir, petit déjeuner à 15€ par personne adulte et 10€ pour enfant. Un peu cher quand même…

Not good housekeeping

We asked twice to extend our check out time for 1 hour later and hung up «’ don’t disturb tag on the door. We also asked 2 receptionists to make sure our 1 hour extention for check out time then we went out and came back at 11:40am, nevertheless, our room was opened by house keeper and already cleaned. Some of our parsonage belongings had been moved. So, they couldn’t control their service ? Also, the first night, we didn’t have bathmat. So, their is not well housekeeping in this hotel.
