This hotel needs an update ASAP. The bathroom doors have holes in them. The bathrooms are stained. I know that its a place for a quick stay hut it doesnt have to look like a dump. This is a huge hotel chain and it should have a bit better conditions.

Got in late, check in staff was nice. The room smelled like smoke but I figured it was a weekend and it was the nearby rooms. Getting ready for bed and I found a German cockroach scurrying around near the sink. I have no idea how this place is rated as high as it was. I left immediately and got a refund, left to find another place to stay in the middle of the night.

I went to my room and it smelled horrible like someone urinated every where, I told the lady up front and she was going to change my room. A few minutes later a guy called me and said he would not change my room I could stay there or leave with no refund, No refund because you don't know how to clean properly, I left and they refused to give me my money back.DONT STAY HERE rude staff horrible customer service and absolutely no cleaning of the rooms at all, next call is the health department and fire department.
