From a messed up reservation it didn’t get better

Did not have a room for us set aside despite two months reservations. Were sent to an occupied room twice. Staff checked a third room which was open. Room had a plywood covered window. Room was clean but not much furniture. Messed up reservation was inexcusable. The rest was a hotel that didn’t live up to its online reputation.

NO blankets on beds, only one towel in bathroom, no hot water,TV disconnected and had to be fixed, one pillow on bedsheets had burn holes and smoke smell in a no smoking room--It is a shame that this once nice place has deteriorated so badly

Run down, soulless, misselling with pictures

Apparently renovation is taking place but no evidence of it. Just a run down hotel that isn't ready for guests. Basics missing from the room - No comforter, no trashcan, no microwave or coffee maker despite what was in the listing. Room was soulless, with boards barely covering holes in the wall. Fitness centre is closed.

Felt like I was in a slum

I stay out of town frequently for work and this had to be one of, if not the most unpleasant places I have ever stayed. I literally felt like I was in a slum. I don't expect a $65/night hotel to be a Hilton, but I do expect cleanliness and a welcoming environment. This offered neither. There was a terrible smell upon arrival. When I turned the lamps on, I noticed the lampshades were both cracked and not attached to their base, one lamp was completely missing theirs. There was what looked like spilled nailpolish in spots all over the floor, and dirt on almost every surface. The bathroom was awful, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet was clogged and didn't flush! There was a hole in the wall above the damaged mirror and what looked like black mold on the ceiling. Not to mention something brown smeared on the wall, I don't even want to know what that might have been. There were also bugs! I killed at least three of two different types of bugs. The only redeeming quality this place has is the front desk clerk was polite.

Run don’t walk from this place!!

The room I was given was horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. There were no towels in the bathroom, there was a large hole in the wall next to the toilet, the wall paper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and the tub was not very clean. The main room was just as bad. The carpet was filthy, the air conditioner/heater looked like it had mold on it, there were burn holes in the bedding, the television did not work and the cart that held the microwave and refrigerator was falling apart and was broken in several places. I did not even stay and they refuse to refund my money because I had “checked in.” I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Nobody should have to pay what was paid for this room and receive such horrible accommodations and treatment.

our roon had no covers just 1 sheet, but we did get 1 cover each from the front desk, room had roaches, walls were dirty, head boards had old gang writing on them, it is a very nasy place to stay, homeless everywhere

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Hotel room was dirty. I found blood on the floor. The door was kicked in from previous break in. My room was missing light bulbs. Bedding was not cleaned. There were stains on bedding including cigarette burn marks. Bedding also had hair on it. There was multiple drug users. Met a guy in the elevator that said he only comes here to get his drugs. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not safe.

This place is total trash. Rooms are loaded with cockroaches and bugs. Loads of trash were left by elevator and hallway stinks urine. Stay away!
