This was a pretty typical budget motel. My grandkids loved having the view of the valley and looking over Johnson City. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. This was the best price I could find on Hotels.com but did not feel like the cheapest hotel in the greater Binghamton area. Clerk was friendly and helpful.
