8/10 Very good

Clean room, check in staff was wonderful, great water pressure when showering. Only downside was that the ice machine was broken and there was no breakfast like it was advertised on the website.

Staff was efficient and friendly. The room was disgusting. As an example, in our non-smoking room, the bedspread had six cigarette holes in it. The AC had a bad smell, and the bathroom was so gross - run down, rusty, moldy shower curtain, punch holes in the door, etc.

6/10 Good

I booked a room with a king sized bed but none were available. They advertise a continental breakfast but there is no breakfast. I've stayed down the street but this place is much worse for road noise. The room was clean and had plenty of hot water in the shower. The wireless was a little slow but adequate.

Pros- the woman at the front desk was very nice and the hotel is fairly close to the stadium so that was nice. The price was decent, comparatively (it was a Tn/Alabama weekend) Cons-there is a large homeless population around that intersection and it appeared as though a couple of them were doing drugs on the stairs near our room both days. They didn’t bother us but I was uncomfortable. The room did not feel clean, (there was dust on the lamps, floors looked dirty, stains on the mattress covers). We will not stay there again.

Nasty moldy dirty Smokey

Woman at the front desk was nice but 1. Room was definitely not nonsmoking. It reeked of smoke. There was a serious mold problem in the corner. Water was dripping from the ceiling. The carpet was was nasty dirty. Walking barefoot left muddy foot prints when I stepped in the tub. A "Pet Friendly" hotel but the grassy area for the dogs was full of garbage. Neither the Hotel or Hotels.com would give a rfund (despite the "Good" rating)

The pictures of this property must be very old. It looks nothing like this. The rooms smelled terrible. The pillow cases and sheets were stained brown, the room furniture had what looked like black grease on them. I walked in and walked right back out. I wouldn't sleep there if it was free.

Yeah my whole stay and everything is messed up between hotels.com and a licano Lodge. Screwing me over and not trying to help anything or fix anything. Basically charged me double for a room pay for a room. I didn't even get to stay in. y'all customer service? People want to hang up on me 4 Times

I'm beginning to not want to stay in Tennessee hotels. This is the second time I've been in a Tennessee hotel in a row where the place feels like it's being basically run into the ground. The area around the hotel felt like it bordered a landfill for all the trash on the ground. Doesn't anyone care about their neighborhood there? First room given to me had not been cleaned. Second room had cigarette burns all over the bed spread. Had I not been so thoroughly exhausted, I would have simply left. At least the shower didn't immediately flood the bathroom like the Memphis hotel did. That's an upgrade I guess. I don't require fancy. I just want clean and to feel like the, owners give a damn about their business.
First room. What I opened the door to.
Gotta love those burns for that extra trashy feel. Seriously, are bedspreads that expensive?
