What a great hotel in Hakata. Really love it and will stay again when next time come to Fukuoka. Breakfast is so great and the front desk is nice, only the English is not good enough to communicate.

Good location, good service and good facilities

It locates closely to the Hakata JR station, so you may convenient to reach the malls there. My wife, 2 daughters and I stayed at the Chapter 3 room, it is big and the hygiene is very good. I think their room price is reasonable comparing to the other hotels in Hakata. Highly recommend to stay.

amazing helpful staff. In room cleaning top notch. Room and bathroom was large for a japanese hotel. Just a few minutes walk to hakata station. Quiet neighborhood. Family mart close by. Restaurants just a few blocks away. The only thing i didnt like were the pillows. They were not as comfortable as I would like.

I liked the fact that it was quiet and quite large for a japanese hotel. The staff were really nice. I liked the place. It was about 7 minutes from hakata station and right in front of a park. Nice.
