The hotel was in an excellent location with easy access to the trams. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Unfortunately there were no tissues or wash cloths in the room, and the maid I spoke with to request them could not understand me. The employees at the front desk were very helpful with directions and recommendations.
