The woman at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and the room was tidy. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The free Wi-Fi was only available in one building, so I could not get both Wi-Fi and a first-floor room, as I had requested. The exterior "hallways" were unpleasantly dirty, and the stairs to the second floor were rough and rutted, which made it difficult to haul up my suitcase. The room was like a refrigerator (I could see my breath) and took almost two hours to warm up to anything near room temperature, so I did not take a much-needed shower. TV was down "just for the day" throughout the whole place. Oh, and the toilet only flushed completely if you held the handle down through almost the entire cycle. I am shocked that this place showed up as a 7.6 on Hotels.com.
