Poor Service

The first room was so bad that we immediately changed rooms: the sink was broken and it was leaking into the room. Beds were made, but sheets weren't clean. Th next room at least didn't have a leak, but the air smelled very moldy. One of the main room lights constantly flickered. We stayed for 3 nights and we needed fresh towels and soap. these were both asked for on separate occasions and none were ever delivered. Each time, we had to go to the front desk to receive these items. Certainly has Madde me stay away from Red Roof Inns.

Property was in a shady area. Lots of people just strolling through the parking lot. Empty beer and liquor bottles all over the parking lot. The man working the front desk was shocked that he booked this room online. He said “white people like you don’t usually stay here”. Then he also said “we will give you the good room, we put whites on the front side of the building and then all the others on the back side”. Then we asked him if it was safe here and his response was “eh, haven’t had anything in the last couple weeks so you should be okay”. Got a non smoking room but it still stunk of cigarettes and febreeze. We checked into the room, saw it, changed clothes, and immediately went and got a different hotel.

Okay I guess

It was okay for the price. Only issue I had was the bathroom being nasty. The toilet seat was nasty even the tub. The tub had this iron colored stain that’s probably a size of a man’s shoe. There was stains on the sheets. So me and my boyfriend went home to get sheets and pillows because I wasn’t sleeping in that.

We checked in about 10:30pm that night after being on the road for 8 hours. We was sent to a double room when our reservation was for a superior king non smoking room. We were changed to a king room and was told all king rooms were the same there is not difference in deluxe and superior but one has a higher cost. We got in the room and notice there has been not renovations done on this hotel. The bathroom door would not closed . The floor and all of the furniture was dusty and missing handles. Because I had cleaning stuff I was going to try and stay. The bed was so hard and the sheets felt like gritty like something was growing on them. My husband was saying lets just go to sleep. Well we couldn't, the AC was loud. That morning we got up to take a shower and tried to dry off with the towels in the room and felt dirtier than we were before taking a shower. Lint from the towel was all over me and my clothes that was on the bed. I went to the front desk and asked if we could check out and get a refund for the remaining two days. She call the manger and he said that he would. I went back later to get a receipt to show and confirm the refund. I was told $177.04 would be refunded and only received $103.28. No one will answer the phone. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. This should not be advertised on this website . I hate I Didn't get picture as we were rushing to get to the event we came for.

Horrible service. Rude employees. Too many people in the parking lot loitering. The employees stay there get drunk one verbally attacked my husband. We were so afraid we had to leave after only being there 3hrs. Im requesting a refund.

I don’t want my name shown in public. The beds were not clean, so we had to buy the mattress protectors to cover all the beds, but my mom still got bites on the last night. The towels had the black spots that we had to buy and use our own towels. The rooms and bathrooms had bad smell.

The hotel from hell

All in all it was ok the staff was not friendly nor helpful at all i guess because when i pulled up the young lady that works behind the front desk was smoking weed and me walking up interrupted her smoke session the 1st room they gave me was horrible so i went back down stairs and changed rooms and that was a complete upgrade well i guess for where i was. Later that evening i when to get something to eat and it was so many people lurking and standing around not to mention 2 police cars were circling the parking lot and they were out there for at least 2 or more hours and it wasn't because they were doing security for the hotel looked like they were tracking someone. If u are able to go to a safer hotel. The only thing that was awesome was the older lady that work at the front desk. Henrietta took great care of me.
