Room condition was atrocious. Our initial room reeked of coffee. Apparently, there was a flood (not your fault…nature happens), but the hotel's solution was to pour coffee grounds all over the room floors and leave the damp carpets in. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to a different room. (The front desk staff was awesome and professional). On the second day, housekeeping decided that they did not want to do their job and did not clean our room. When I asked the front desk staff, they looked at the housekeeping report saying that our room said do not disturb. This is housekeeping lying, as we double checked that there was no dnd sign on our room when we left early in the morning. The awesome front desk staff did attempt to remedy the situation, but we were so fed up that we asked if they would refund our last night if we just left early. The (awesome) staff agreed to that and refunded me the last night. We ended up leaving early and getting another hotel in Valencia. The 2 amazing things at this hotel are the great front desk staff and the high-quality breakfast. However, housekeeping and maintenance and both badly mismanaged.

I felt it was a good value for the price. The room was clean, a little on the small side however. Everything worked as expected, the shower was good, had carpeted floors (which I prefer over laminate). The hotel is right next to the freeway but our room was on the city side so was quiet. Breakfast was good, nice options, but the dinning room a little small. I’d stay there again.

The room was clean! Parking was easy and safe. The staff was amazing Sara made checking in and out easy! Let me know they had coffee, oatmeal and cookies were being made! My kids loved the bed, “this is so comfortable” - my 3 year old.

For the price, in excess of $250.00 for 2 people for one night, it was a flop. Staff was super. Sink had rust spots in it. Arm chair was dirty and threadbare. Fan in bathroom rattled so loudly we kept light off and door open to shower. Other light had an ear piercing whine. Super glad I took my slippers. While rug was probably clean, it was worn and discolored. I have stayed in $59 a night rooms which were more aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was super I always thought quality inn meant quality. Now I am rethinking that concept.

Dingy, floors were stained and dirty, smelled musty and moldy. I felt like I was living in the basement. It was nothing that I was used to and there was no point in complaining about it because we were told the hotel was full. Not impressed at all I stayed at quality inns many times and have not had this kind of experience and for the amount of money we spent I could have probably had a better experience at motel 6
