Room was dusty and the sheets had some interesting transparent marks on them that you could see in the light. I didn't ask about that. The location was good. It was a good motel for the price. The parking was a little odd. The couple that were owners or managers were very nice. I liked that they allowed pets. You could actually hear the ocean at night if the window was open. That was an unexpected surprise since it wasn't on the beach. It's definitely an older hotel but served us well for the 2 nights we stayed there.
