Towels were dirty, no free coffee, no thick blanket, only 3 pillows, incompetent rude staff, keys stopped working before we even checked out at 7 AM, and the dog cleanup station lacked both doggie bags and a trash bag in the receptacle. EVERYONE HERE SHOULD BE FIRED!
