8/10 Very good

Staff friendly. Room was clean. No bedbugs or roaches. Near a Walmart and fast food. Room was quiet. Motel is old and worn but in a nice way. Sort of like staying with grandma.
Douglas, 3-night trip

They need to move things and clean. There was a dirt ring around the base of the table lamp. Stayed only one night.

Lady at the fornt desk(probably Owner) extremely roude, unprofessional. She told that if you wanna stay without breakfast you can stay other wise i can cancel your booking. We never gonna go back in that hotel.

The shower controls were reversed and did not function properly either super hot or cold water was your choice. AC struggled to cool room and had a rattle noise making it hard to sleep. Continental breakfast was either granola bar or honey bun, that’s it

I used a sanitizing wipe to wipe up a water spill. The wipe was BLACK. Clearly the floor hadn't been washed, if ever. The sheet had an oily stain on it at the top that was folded over. The room smelled like marijuana. I used Microban to sanitize the entire room. The t.v. reception kept cutting out. The outside room where the ice machine was smelled like urine. A good cleaning is all that is needed to make that good first impression.
Audrey, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

No breakfast

The biggest issue is that continental breakfast is advertised but all that is provided is coffee. If it's not available don't advertise it. I selected that one over others because i wouldn't have to get the kids out early. Even pastries would have been fine. Staff was friendly though and room was a good size.
Michael, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

This motel was not to the usual economic lodge standard The mattress we’re horrible and the sheets and covers were stiff The towels were very small and the shower model was filthy No breakfast as advertised Trucks outside were idiling and the building was not secure

There was hair in the bathtub and food crumbs on the chair. Website said they had breakfast and the desk clerk said there was also but they didn't even have coffee.

I had to chexk in for 6 days because im waiting on my apartment to open. When checking in, she slammed her hand down and yelled "6 days!" She also charged me an extra $50 for a "deposit" that id better get back. Weve felt uneasy the whole time being here, afraid to ask for anything. My apartment still isnt done but im going to check out on time instead of paying more money. Id rather sleep in my truck
Chris, 6-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Clean rooms. No bugs

Breakfast was horrible....not even cream for the coffee....just powder.
Alan, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Absolutely terrible

Upon checking in, the woman stated that since I booked through Hotel.com there would be another $10 fee because they dont get all the money from third party booking sites. I tried to get a refund to go somewhere else and they would not refund anything. DO NOT book this hotel if you dont want to be upcharged for nothing. The bathroom was riddled with cockroaches, as (expected).

Nice place. The owner is there to make your stay as comfortable as possible

At 12:30am, someone tried to enter my room. The key opened the door and the only thing that prevented someone from entering my room while I was sleeping was that I chained the door. I woke up and informed the person trying to enter my room that I was occupying it. I immediately called the front desk and informed them of the situation. Took over an hour to fall back to sleep. No offer was made to reduce the room rate. Very disappointing.

It was quiet for the most part. Staff fairly friendly. It has smoking and non smoking rooms. I nor my wife smoke nor do we like the smell. We were given a nonsmoking room (that’s what we requested) however, it smelled like smoke. I went and asked for a nonsmoking room, and they said that’s what we were given, but they gave us another room. That room also smelled like smoke. We went to the dollar store and got some febreeze spray, and some febreeze plug ins. It helped for the night. I did almost request my money back, but we stayed for the night.
Gary, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

No reservation through hotel.com

The stay was okay but the booking through you guys hotel.com really sucked. We got to the motel and they didn't have no record of us paying for the motel. We had to go through a bunch of loopholes and hassles. I am going to look into getting a refund or a partial refund on this whole trip through hotel.com if you're out there. Beware
Kenneth, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

So so hotel in college town.

No bed service, or note saying there would be none. Only changed towels and left. Very disappointed in that. All hotels in past where we have stayed, have had coffee going in lobby at all hours, this one did not. Had to go to gas station next door for cup of coffee outside of breakfast hours. Beds were so-so. Have had better and0p have had worse.
Joyce, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

1. Serious foul odor in the bed, chair, and entire room. Maybe animal pee. Had to wash all my clothes. 2. Noise from next doors over night 3. Smoke in the hall way, right out of the door.
