Was convenient for family of three to stay for a softball tournament. They did say they’re supposed to be a breakfast, but there was not on the Sunday morning. We stayed.

Upon arrival the hotel stank of Indian cuisine , the rooms felt outdated, the bed was horrible (woke up today with both shoulders in pain with pinched nerves), the shower had no shampoo or soap besides the small bar of soap that was on the sink, the handle to turn on the water would not go past the cold position (rather all positions selected would spray cold water), I didn’t notice the floors until I got out of my cold shower and then I realized the floors were filthy because my feet turned black. Lastly the breakfast is far from what I would call breakfast! It’s literally just cornflakes and raisin bran! 3 out of 4 of the coffee dispensers were empty and then the one that I found that had coffee was seriously clear, almost as if it was just hot water.

I rented a no smoking room. I walked into the room and it was unbelievably smoky. I use the bathroom. The seat fell off, went to flush the toilet. The toilet did not flush at Paul pull the sheets back on the bed and a what appeared to be a couple of bedbugs or bedbug droppings were on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room. They gave me a bit of attitude about it. I said I can’t even take my shoes off because my feet are sticking to the floor.

They over charged my card. The agreed amount was $74.25. When I checked in, the guy said they require a $50 deposit (hold) until check out. I gave him my card to put the hold. That would leave me with a balance of $24.25. The TV would not work and after the guy looked at it, he stated that he will have them discount my room of $20-$30. My bank account shows two charges of $125 and $25. My room was spotless when I left with no damages. I have a receipt for the $74.25. This is very upsetting that they overcharge my card for no reason, are not answering the phone when I try to call, and did not discount for the broken TV like they said they would do.

Requested downstairs days before checkin, get there and no elevator only room available was a pet friendly room which smelled but i was to tired to argue, dirt in chair, crack on wall, damage on ceiling, 2 lamps needed new lightnulbs and mocrowave unplugged. Also bed hard and squeeked with every movement. Hotel does jot care a ut customer service. Walso hotels. Com no help.

I booked this hotel for my 19 year old as she was visiting from Houston. It didn't say that she had to be 21 to check in, nor a deposit fee on website. I tried to check her in over the phone. I couldn't. So I had to drive 30 miles one way to check her in. It was very frustrating, especially since i had already taken my night meds and it was a struggle to get home.
