I booked 2 rooms and asked for adjoining which I did get. Every night one or both of the room keys would not work and we had to go back down to the desk to have them recode them. It was very annoying to have to do this every time we tried to get our rooms. The TV in our room showed no connection when we turned it on. Couldn't get it to work and had to call the front desk to have them fix it. This happened every night night after we got back to the room. On the 3rd night the employee even said they knew there was a problem with the box. After he left I couldn't even get the remote to work and change the channels. I was so frustrated I gave since we were leaving the next morning. The one positive I have to give us Rhonda that worked in the Breakfast area was awesome. She was so accomodating and pleasant. Did not stop taking care of anyone. Great employee.
