The worker put us in a room that was not cleaned frim the the previous guests. There were no bedding on one if the beds no pillow cases on the pillows, food in the floor, used shampoo bottles in the shower, , used soap by the sink, he couldnt get us bedding as he said they were out. HUGE ants all over, holes in the walls, curtain rod was torn off one end of the wall, food caked on the light switch by the sink, the sink and mirror were filthy .when we first went to our room after checking in we noticed the room door was wide open, we had to have the guy at the desk come check the room before we would ever enter the room to make sure no one was in it. We asked for a diffrent room but the worker said he didnt have anymore. Due to the concert going on all the area hotels were full so we were unable to find somewhere else to stay. The next day we asked for a diffrent room and the worker said he didnt have any open,, although when we returned after the concert late Saturday night we noticed 2 empty vacant rooms. I have called several times tobspeak to manager but she isnt ever there and no callsnare returned to me. A complaint was filed and the Health department was notified as well as the BBB.
