Room was not up to code. Fire alarm was not up just wires hanging out of wall. Beds disnt fit frame bed skirt was hiding metal hooks hold box spring in place. So when i sat on side bedvwent to get up. I cut my leg. Shower was not cleaned properly. Was there for appointment in town. No alarm clock or coffeepot. Cockroaches. I was so unhappy as i stayed there couple years back. It was nothing like it was then. So run down. Couldnt find another place in town everything booked up. Alot of activity looked wrong. Was worried with my child with me. Ill never go back .

The outside is nasty firstly, I go in the office and it smelled horrible. So horrible 1st impression, but we were already wayyyy behind schedule and had to get ready so it was out of my hands at that moment. I get the key our room was on the 2nd floor. Get to our room and there are dirty underwear laying by the door, the room wasn't much bettter. I mean yes I get it, it was a 70 dollar room, I didn't expect much but I expected a little more than this! We aren't from grand rapids and it was 12 minutes away from the venue where our show was. So I'm thinking I found me a good deal. I was wrong we did not stay due to finding a roach in our room. The thing I found odd was the fact that the front desk clerk didn't even batttt an eye to the fact that there was a roache in the room and just gave me a refund. Although I haven't received it yet, but I'll give it a couple days as this was just last night. So I expect it to take a couple days. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
