Entire facility smelled like cigarettes, room was freezing cold, ceiling had leak. Had to book another hotel. Complete waste of time and money.

The surroundings are nice, lots of trees and grass. Other hotels near by are nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Problem is mostly with the cleanliness. The towels seemed previously used, not washed. The floors were vacuumed but not washed. There are stains on walls, doors, furniture. Someone left a frozen soda can that exploded in the fridge. It does not cost more to clean the rooms properly. Clients were smoking pot in their rooms, it smelled in my room. This is unacceptable. Some kids kept yelling all evening. Not a great stay. But the price is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. It could have been a great stay but cleanliness is the major issue there.

The beds were uncomfortable, when using the heat you could never get the temperature to be anything comfortable. It was either way too hot or way too cold and the air would get so dry my nose bled. The coffee pot hasn't been cleaned and who knows how long. It still had a used dirty coffee filter all dried up with coffee in it. In the morning I went to leave after 10:00 a.m. and there was an ice storm the night before and it was nothing but a sheet of ice from the door all over the sidewalk and parking lot and they did not have one single piece of salt put down. This was 10:15 a.m. and the storm was finished by 4:00 a.m. they only started bringing salt outside at almost 11:00 a.m. while I was cleaning off my car. I almost fell three different times just going from their door down the sidewalk and across the parking lot. I was also charged a $50 deposit or fee or whatever when I got there which I was not told about on hotels.com when I paid for the reservation and I still have not gotten that back yet and it's been 2 days.

It was good. But we did have a little field mouse behind the stand that ran and squeezed his way out the front door. But there are farms everywhere and it is cold out so they are coming inside. Only seen one little guy.
