The worst place I have ever stayed. There was a hole in the wall, wires exposed, tv did not work, tub backed up when shower was used, plunger was requested and front desk said they would bring one but never did and I had to go buy one and fix issue. Emailed and called the manager but he never responded. Please do not stay here!

If you like cold showers and no hot water, then this place is for you!! When I checked in, the manager said they had just finished repairs to the water heating system and we should have hot water soon. Not! He then said if I did not have by my morning shower that he would allow me to shower in a vacant room. The next morning, no hot water!! Go to the office with my request, the person at the desk said he had no knowledge of this. So, I started my day with no shower. I feel I should receive at least a 50% refund of my payment, but I’m sure that will never happen.

Staff was kind and helpful, room was ok, not dirty but maybe just old so it seemed not the cleanest. Parking lot is a bit sketchy and there was some trash littered in the snow. The room next to us was smoking weed most of the night and it made our room reek. Price was the cheapest around and if you’re fine with the potential of a smell it’s doable for the price. I think next time I’d pay a bit more but was OK for the time being where we were even if it was a bit uncomfortable because of the surroundings (bed was very comfortable though!). Oh, and the shower floor was soft - maybe the wood underneath was rotten so it sunk a little bit when stepping on it.

Right now the Days Inn Grantvill front desk rep says it’s okay for rooms 214, 215, & 217 to be wide open for housekeeping. The kind excellent housekeeping staff is not working on these rooms right now. Housekeeping is working in the other side of the building near room 312 - a long dustance away. This means this hotel is NOT secur, not SAFE for all including Housekeeping & guests. Someone other than housekeeping has attempted to enter my room #313! with a housekeeping or management all-access key. Only the latch stopped them. I had to forcible shut my door. This front reception clerk Brag/Reg(spelling? uncertain because this man’s thick accent) insists that this is safe & okay! Additionally this it is below freezing - 13 degree and he cares not about keeping all rooms warms. A heavy ice:snow storm is coming today as well as near ZERO temperatures. I can never reach Days Inn corporate for help.

First room we were given was terrible. The bed was not put together fully, curtains missing from windows, and room missing furniture. Also this is supposed to be a smoke free facility and the room smelled like an ashtray. The outside had garbage all around the motel. Went back was given another room with stuff laying all around going to the stairs had to walk over and when we got into the room there were stains all in the carpet the furniture was falling apart and you could hear every word from the gust down stairs. The pictures online are nothing like what the property looks like. We went back and the lady working tried to give us another room but after two, we got a refund and chose another hotel.

They keep the HEAT OFF ,,so when I check in I have 30 degree temp in my room until 5 hours later it takes the HEATER 6 hours to be warm in the room ,,and the toilet does NOT flush with power !!! it takes 3 flush times !!!

The only positive was our bed was clean. It was loud and noisy all night. We had to change rooms 2 times. The 3rd room still didn’t have a working thermostat. The water for a bath had a governor on it. Luke warm water after a minute. And the breakfast was an absolute joke. You could make whole wheat toast or get a bowl of Froot Loops or raisin bran and I think they have a selection of one kind of yogurt that was it. The coffee was extremely watered down. The whole place just seemed like they were cutting every possible corner to keep it open. Extremely disappointed and Days Inn should be ashamed to have their name on that marquee.

The carpet by the bedside was not fully vacuumed as there were leftover crumbs from a previous stay. In my room, 315, the refrigerator condensation was actually leaking outside the refrigerator, and onto the carpet. Everything else was great.

Room was clean and okay for a quick stay. We asked for only one key card and it did stop working on one occasion but it was quickly resolved. We used a pet friendly room and it worked out well.
