The bathroom door was coming off the hinges so it would not shut! The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We had to park in the back of the hotel and the only door was in the front.

No hair dryer in the room. There was hair on the doorway in the bathroom. Only two pillows on the bed that was flat and hard.

Horrible
Problems at check in so I had to pay again even though I had proof of payment with Hotels.com. She said my card was declined with you all when I didn’t even use a card as payment. Payed $25 extra to check in early when I was quoted $24. Staff directed us to the wrong room TWICE! For all the way down the hall and the room key didn’t work. Took nearly 45 minutes and twice the pay from initially checking in to getting in the room. Room hot when arrived. Air conditioner was partially unplugged. Then the room cooled off , but got incredibly hot during the night. The floors were moist with the heat.

AC was ok but not great Broken furniture. Dirty dishes. The worst part was the noise from close proximity of highway.

Would stay again. Building definitely had some wear that could have been fixed up. Elevator was a little shaky, and the front door didn’t work great. But overall good stay

Bad communication policy
When I got there, they would let me stay because I couldn’t find my confirmation number and they didn’t have my name in the system. Completely unacceptable.

The rooms and hallways were cleanish. Not bad not great. My issue was with the service. My card demagnetized and no one was available at the front desk to help. So, after working a 12 hour night shift, I had to spend 2 1/2 hours waiting for someone to help me.

Bed uncomfortable but good room otherwise
It was a decent room. All prices for all rooms in town were jacked up due to the ballgame (not why we stayed). Bed was very uncomfortable but otherwise, the air conditioning was GREAT and it was decently clean.

staff was nice but condition & cleanliness was awful — weird smells everywhere, hallway carpets stained and smelled like urine, floors inside the room were sticky (I initially had to wear shower shoes around to avoid getting whatever was there from on my feet, ended up cleaning the floors myself so I could walk around without shoes).

Not friendly.
When I got there I told the guy at the desk I was paying with a different card that the one I had on file to book the room with. Yet he instantly charged the card. Then had to refund it and said it would take 2-3 days to get it back. Then I re booked the room with affirm, and showed him the receipt confirmation and he REFUSED to let me get the room because he didn’t see it on his end. After an hour and a half and having to contact the hotels.com people I finally got into my room. The elevator didn’t work so my pregnant wife had to walk the stairs to the 2nd floor. FYI they don’t have breakfast there either.
