Segunda vez q hospedo no Hotel Ouro Minas. Dessa vez foi uma decepção. Gerente despreparado, sem educação. Chegamos no hotel 13:55 hs, para chekin 14 hs. Só q o quarto não estava pronto. Aí quando foi 14 hs perguntei se o quarto estava pronto. Ele grosseiramente disse q era Apartur das 15 hs, q podia demorar-se 30 minutos ou mais gritanfo. Entrei em contato com hotéis.com para fazer o cancelamento. Consegui ir para quarto já era 14:25 hs. Lamentável a falta de respeito de um gerente.

Teve um dia que o manobrista mandou colocar o carro na rua porque o estacionamento estava cheio, mentira , vimos um monte de vagas . Fomos jantar um dia no hotel .
