10/10 Excellent

Room was perfect size for the stay. Breakfast was cheap and had enough options. Walking distance from everything.
Joel, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Amazing stay though a strong recommendation for increasing the menu for the breakfast.
Vikas, 2-night trip

Safe, clean hotel, right in the center of the city! The location is unbeatable for the price. The only issue we encountered was that the shower was set up such that water would get all over the bathroom floor each time someone used it. Overall, we had a good stay and would return.

Construction was going on during our stay, so only 4 stars for the condition of the property. But we would definitely stay here again!

It was good for the price! Very central and walking to distance to most places. The carpet in the room was a bit dirty but otherwise its good for a short stay in Edinburgh.

Rooms are very small! But they make good use of the small space - slide out storage under the bed, small closet. Comfy bed. Breakfast was cheap, simple but good - granola, fruit, yogurt, coffee. One downside was noisy gurgling pipes through the night - bring earplugs.

Hub was great! The room is very modern with a lot of storage. Shower was fairly large and I fit well at 6ft 6in tall. The room is small - if you want to spend quality time in the room this is the wrong place. If you are alone it would work great for sleep and bathroom, and if you like to share space closely the ln it can work for two. We would go back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hub by Premier Inn! They were able to hold our bags until check in time and staff was helpful. Overall the room is very small. It was fine for one night, but wouldn’t be my choice for extended time. It does have everything you need and was clean, but lots of bumps and marks on the wall and hallway carpets could use a cleaning. The location is excellent - you walk right outside to bars and restaurants and one of the main streets in Edinburgh.

Great option

Great location, nice rooms. No fuss was just want I wanted for a business trip.

Everything was great except the carpet in our room was very visibly stained and needs to be replaced.
Kathleen, 2-night trip

You really really need a hot kettle in each room

Our room was pretty good size. One strong feedback for the management is about the Bathroom. There is no partition in shower with the other parts of the bathroom. Taking shower means water will be stranded there your whole stay. We had to use towels at the entrance so that water doesn't overflow from there into the room. There were splashes of water when you enter in bathroom, it was not just a puddle but a pool there. That was the worst part of our stay.

Tiny room but we slept fine. Very nice 6 pound continental breakfast well worth it, oatmeal, granola, fruits, yogurt, yummy croissants, toast, coffee drinks all kinds. Optimal location!

The staff were brilliant and very attentive to any needs. The rooms are small but the location is very convenient.

Great location. Rooms are really small but well laid out, considering.

This was a very modern hotel room compared with most properties we have stayed in near the city centre. The location is excellent in terms of proximity to Princes Street shopping/dining/pubs and Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. The castle is practically across the street from the hotel and it's less than a ten minute walk away. It's also only 20 minutes walk to Calton Hill and Dean Village, two must-see areas of the city. The beds were very comfortable but we found there was a lack of storage space for our luggage and bags in the room. We discovered later that the beds have storage underneath but there was nowhere really to put your bag unless on the floor or bed, as we didn't want to unpack everything to put in the bed drawers. The room was very modern, with an automated control panel above each bed, but if one person wanted the light for the bathroom, the entire room had to be lit up. We were given an accessible room so the water from the shower went everywhere in the bathroom. Something seemed not right about the drainage for this because we had to ask for a squeegee and extra towels to deal with the water on the bathroom floor. Not a big deal but something to know. The staff were very good in addressing this for us. The entire staff we met were very friendly. The hotel is getting outside facade improvements so we never actually got to see what it looks like, lol. There's a complementary tea and coffee station in the lounge. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Needed a place in Edinburgh for one night. It was nice, clean, quiet and small, but very functional. Would stay again.
Glenn, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

No issues, I would stay there again.

8/10 Good

We enjoyed the convenience of this hotel. But, the ceiling paint was peeling, the carpet in our room was badly stained, and there was no protein for breakfast. We thought the breakfast/bar area was very nice and the staff was great.
Karen, 5-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is super! The plumbing leaves a lot to be desired and nobody told me at check-in that I had to request my room be cleaned.
Valerie, 6-night trip

Short stay in Edinburgh

Nice stay at the hotel for a few days.. small room with no windows as we had to delay our trip a day late as flight delays, but we’re giving e a room upon arriving early in the morning. Cheap and cheerful enough when you’re out and about for 12+ hours a day.
