near major attraction.
yan, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Bed was small, but the hotel was in a great location & the shower was hot. I would stay there again.

Central location, great stay.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast there was good as well. Compact design of room is clever but a little tight for us. However, we were out all day so didn’t dwell on this. Would recommend.

Great find!

Breakfast was fine. Basic but completely adequate
Ima, 2-night trip

Amazing stay though a strong recommendation for increasing the menu for the breakfast.

Great Location

This hotel has an excellent location close to pubs, buses, the tram, and the train station. The larger rooms are a decent size the small rooms are very small with no windows.
Brian W, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Central location. Big enough and effective rooms in UK standarts.
Görkem, 3-night trip

Construction was going on during our stay, so only 4 stars for the condition of the property. But we would definitely stay here again!
David, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

The location is great, very central. I didn’t think it was too loud despite the central location. Very basic hotel, toiletries aren’t really provided it’s a hand wash and old looking bottle of body wash so keep that in mind when packing. Small room but the bed was big. Did the job for a couple of nights. The continental breakfast isn’t worth getting.
Parisa, 2-night trip

A nice stay at the Hub by premier Edinburgh

The Hub by premier is exactly as it appeared in Hotels.com booking engine. The stand double room was very small. However, the bed was very comfortable with quality linens. The overall housekeeping could have been better i.e the Glass Wall in the bathroom was in need of a cleaning. The breakfast was a good bargain at 6 pounds per person. Overall, the location of the Hotel was great, the staff helpful and kind and the stay was pleasurable.

Great option

Great location, nice rooms. No fuss was just want I wanted for a business trip.
Helen, 1-night trip

It was good for the price! Very central and walking to distance to most places. The carpet in the room was a bit dirty but otherwise its good for a short stay in Edinburgh.
Narmeen, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Rooms are very small! But they make good use of the small space - slide out storage under the bed, small closet. Comfy bed. Breakfast was cheap, simple but good - granola, fruit, yogurt, coffee. One downside was noisy gurgling pipes through the night - bring earplugs.
Kevin, 1-night trip

Tiny room but we slept fine. Very nice 6 pound continental breakfast well worth it, oatmeal, granola, fruits, yogurt, yummy croissants, toast, coffee drinks all kinds. Optimal location!
Suzanne, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The staff were brilliant and very attentive to any needs. The rooms are small but the location is very convenient.
Sarah, 2-night trip

Everything was great except the carpet in our room was very visibly stained and needs to be replaced.
Kathleen, 2-night trip

You really really need a hot kettle in each room

Great find

It’s a great location about 10 to 15 minute walk from station. It’s on a nice street with lots of pubs and restaurants. The check in area appeared to be self service although we had an associate check us in. The hotel is under repair and is covered with scaffolding which does block some views but that wasn’t a concern for us. Room was small and bed was up against a wall but it was comfortable with lots of ledge availability and storage under bed. Bathroom was very nice. We definitely would stay here again!
Robert, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Great location. Rooms are really small but well laid out, considering.
Russel, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

BEWARE: They had scaffolding over the windows. This was NOT mentioned on the listing. they were snippy and said it was on the listing, which it’s not.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Needed a place in Edinburgh for one night. It was nice, clean, quiet and small, but very functional. Would stay again.
Glenn, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

No issues, I would stay there again.

2/10 Poor

Not so cheap, warm, and bad service

A hotel has ONE job, to enable a good night sleep. The AC was on but at "full speed" and "cool", it only breathed air with no coolness to it. This was during a heat wave in Edinburgh! I was unable to sleep and got up at 3:30 to complain to a night watch that did not understand English...
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed the convenience of this hotel. But, the ceiling paint was peeling, the carpet in our room was badly stained, and there was no protein for breakfast. We thought the breakfast/bar area was very nice and the staff was great.
