The parking lot is located 2 blocks away, not very convenient when it is raining. The rooms are nice and clean, and hotel common areas are well lit. Place is mostly empty on weekends, but busy during weekdays. The restaurant staff is marvelous, very welcoming and attentive. Tip them well, they deserve it.

Es un hotel muy bonito y muy limpio. El servicio es excelente, con mucha atención y disposicion a ofrecerte una estancia confortable. El lugar esta 20 minutos de Apan, pero vale la pena.

El lugar ofrece estacionamiento según gratuito pero obvio lo cobran en el costo del servicio, en mi visita el valet se enfermo y era el único que tenía llaves del estacionamiento por lo que mi auto tuvo que quedarse en la calle Domingo 8 am una señora entro como “Juan por su casa” a mi habitación sin tocar; solo abrió aventando la puerta, obviamente le puso en la torre a mi descanso Lo reporte en recepción y la señorita ni una disculpa solo se rió y dijo “aja” Mi habitación estaba junto a la administración, domingo 8:10 am afuera de mi cuarto todos platicando, riendo y repartiéndose sus actividades Un hotel muy bonito lástima que no sirva para descansar

Me ofrecieron y además me cobraron un estacionamiento seguro, al llegar me dijeron que el valet había enfermado pero que no podía guardar mi auto debido a que solo él tenía llaves; mi auto se quedó sobre la calle Domingo 8 am una persona entró a mi habitación literal “como Juan por su casa” haciendo un ruido espantoso y faltando a mi privacidad y la de mi familia. Obviamente mi descanso valió gorro Mi habitación junto a la administración y afuera todo el personal gritando, riendo e irrumpiendo mi descanso domingo 8:10 am De nada sirven las instalaciones y la comodidad del hotel si no puede uno descansar
