Can’t beat the price and the location

The hotel is located right in the heart of Santa Monica so super convenient. It is a bit dated but still comfortable. No air in the rooms and you can’t really keep your window open due to loud noises and screaming at night by the unhoused. The shower needed some help and the tv didn’t work, but all that said you can’t beat the price and the location!

Either the rooms smell strange or the cleaning products they use are absolutely foul. The rooms are extremely dated. Fortunately the location was perfect for us, hence the booking. Will definitely not be back unless it got some much needed tlc (refurbishment)

Great location but too many cons to want to stay again. The walls were so thin so you can hear everyone walking in the halls and above you. The elevator and room had a smell and I gave me a headache. The employees at the front desk seem miserable and like they don’t want to be there.
