We loved the location. We believe the site will be lovely when renovations are finished. Good value for money in its present condition.
Lindy, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Excellent service Clean, comfortable room with a very comfy bed Beautiful shower - just a little disappointed in the drainage of the shower as water kept pooling at our feet. Overall, an excellent experience & we will certainly return.
Kaye, 1-night trip

Good stay

It was a nice stay good for the price
2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

You walk into the apartment and the door is literally punched in with a hole to your room. The furniture was all broken and scratched, and you could hear the people in the rooms around you whispering like the walls are made out of cardboard. The door didn’t always even necessarily lock when closed. The room was just like one of those horror games where you get kidnapped.
Zoe, 6-night trip

Was good stay

Great Value

Great hotel for the cost. Really good location and the rooms are being upgraded. Only spent one night, but would stay longer next time.
1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very happy with our stay here, rooms were large and comfy :)
Lucy, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Spilt coffee stains on the tiles, several random hairs in the bed and shower. Even found toe nails in my daughters bed. No shower door, window above door wouldn't close, which also had no screen on it. No reply from the hotel, despite emailing photos. The desk staff are lovely, no issues with them. But definitely would not recommend.
Seona, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Motel under going renovations, rooms not cleaned during stay, five nights, staff friendly and helpful but conditions not great. No breakfast facilities.
Michael, 5-night trip

2/10 Terrible

No facility in the hotel not even the cold drinks machine was working, unsafe due to the construction work the smell of paint and other chemicals was very bad. The bus stop very close to the hotel and only 10 minutes to the centre of Melbourne.
Biagia, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

Renovations are in place rooms are half finished. Dirty and not soundproof
Emma, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Old premises undergoing a face lift very old bathrooms comfortable beds. Patchy service, great public transport. OMG all doors slam making trying to sleep impossible as all doors slam loudly as people go about their day. Enjoyed the pool.
Cathy, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Only downfall was cleanliness of bath and shower… mould all around bottom of shower screen and top edge of bath… kinda yuck to look at when having a bath…
Alanna, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

They were doing some repair/renovation work during our stay which made the place look less attractive, but over all, a pleasant stay with helpful and accommodating staff.
Ronoel, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The room was neat, tidy, and modern, offering a great view from the window. Its proximity to public transport and being just a short distance from the city made it very convenient. However, I was not informed about ongoing renovations prior to my stay. That said, the pool and newly renovated areas looked fantastic. One area for improvement would be the front entrance—if it were renovated for better accessibility, it would significantly enhance the property's overall presentation and make it more inviting.
Bianca, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Couldn’t find the front door in the dark. Had to walk through a car park
maree, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Shortage of supplies

Very short supply of T bags and milk. Lack of shower curtain made bathroom messy. Didn’t think $50 holding fee necessary especially with 5-7 days to be reimbursed.
1-night trip

8/10 Good

Very kind staff and a cute hotel with a great pool and bbq area.
Cleo, 7-night trip

Had a great stay. Excellent location
