A no-frills ryokan has it all

Located at the hilltop, the ryokan gave us serenity and calmness. I particularly loved the big terrace on the 1/F where we could see the city lights. Staff, Manager in particular, were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice.

The night view was so pretty and the room was spacious. The only thing I wasn't satisfied is that check-in was by 9pm which I think is too early.

フロントスタッフの対応が非常に良かった。当方の都合で、当日急遽部屋の変更をしてもらったが心良く対応してくれた。レストラン等が営業していなかったのが残念でした。

正直言って、結構、古い施設です。本来なら研修所として利用されているかと思います。ですが、温泉もあり、低価格で泊まれますので、状況や利用方法次第では便利で価値あります。中心部から離れてますので、自家用車での利用が基本と思います。私は翌日、近くのゴルフ場で朝早くからのゴルフのために前泊しました。

なんて素敵な写真！

たまたま泊まったホテルが、プロのカメラマンさんが記念写真を撮ってくれるとのこと。ちょうど結婚40年の記念になるなあと思い、思い切ってお願いしました。送ってきた写真を見てびっくり！とても素敵な写真。おかげで、一生の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

半夜換房

六人當晚住二樓「蘭之屋」，結果飯店沒有事先開好空調，後來我們開了空調冷氣亦沒有作用，跟櫃檯人員反應後他建議可以住到三樓分作2間一人房、2間二人房，這樣的配置當下我們決定放二台電風扇到蘭之屋繼續撐著看看能不能順利度過今晚，結果凌晨兩點左右只有二人睡著，其餘四人仍醒著，畢竟當時是九州的盛夏，即便在夜晚、沒有風的情況下真的是相當悶熱；結果再度到櫃檯反應，他才帶我們到3樓，開了1間四人房和1間二人房，裡頭的冷氣不到五分鐘就非常涼爽，結果我們六人擠在1間四人房，因為剛好是日式榻榻米，也就有相當足夠空間和令人心滿意足的空調來求一覺好眠，雖然飯店櫃檯人員有即時反應，但假使他們處理態度能夠再更積極，早一點為顧客確認空調是否正常運作、早一點提供3樓四人房的選項，或許我們該晚的住宿經驗就不會是如此。另外，該飯店的設施真的已相當老舊，原先提供的六人房「沒有提供室內浴廁」，公共溫泉浴池比較像家庭浴室，單看官網的照片真的不會知道原來飯店內部是什麼模樣，未來若想入住的顧客還請三思，倒是隔天的日式早餐還算中規中矩，餐廳只有一位服務人員，態度相當和善，整個住宿經驗僅遇到三位服務人員，或許這家飯店已有相當歷史，服務人員也都年邁、為數不多，加上又是在週二住宿，人員配置上也就變得較為精簡，可是也顯見出這家飯店的受歡迎程度，當晚可能只有少數旅客入住，因為我們沒有遇到其他家庭入住，總之第一次在國外住宿因為沒有空調無法入眠，這當然不會是太好的住宿經驗。

スタッフ、サービス、料金遠重視するのであれば大丈夫ですが、病院跡地の建物がホテルで使用されています。お気になされない方であれば良いと思いますが、それ以外の方は検討された方がいいよいかと思います。料金重視で選ぶホテルです。

ツッコミどころ満載。

丘の上で遠いのに、公共バスもない。レストランは予約のみで最小二人からなので出張では使えない。売店もない。歩ける距離にコンビニもない。我が生涯で最も不便なホテル。プールも無くテニスコートも朽ち果てている。
