Kind, responsive staff and easy self-check in. But the room had wear and tear. Some damaged, molding tile areas in the shower. Several electric outlets were not usable. There was also ant issue so I kept all food in the fridge. The tiny staircase to the loft has hard edges and corners - I even scratched my foot on the bottom edge of one of the steps. There is also a window in the loft into the building stairwell that lets in light when you’re trying to sleep. Soundproofing is not great so you will hear neighbors and staff in the stairwell. Fortunately not much noise from the street as the hotel is deeper in an alley. Not a horrible experience but I think there are better options.

This property was excellent. Clean, lift, balkony, walking distance to restaurants and pub/party street. In a quiet alley. Alley gate closes at midnight, so max security. No reception, but communication through watts app was perfect. Would highly recommend this place. City busstation across the road, so easy to go anywhere by bus.

The service team are friendly and responsive. Location is great. The property is gated and secure. Overall, Haven Lofts is a fantastic choice for accommodation at a great price. It needs some usual repair/maintenance BUT it didn't affect our experience in any negative way. Thank you to the team. We loved our holiday in Ho Chi Minh.

Hot water wasn't hot enough. There were a bit too many tiny ants in the room, especially around the bed. Staff was nice and friendly. You can use the laundry at the roof. Close to Saigon Bus Terminal.

Property was misrepresented. Picture shows room has window/balcony. Our room had no window. It felt like we were in a dungeon. The room smelled musty and moldy. Thank goodness we only needed to stay for a few hours. We used the room to drop off our luggage so to go to dinner before catching a 1:30AM flight back to the US.

I booked this place and it wasn’t the room I was excited. All these pictures are upper floor which I was booked on 1st floor without any natural right ( so depressing ) towel smelled terribly ( like men’s smell ) don’t have basic stuff it needed like hair dryer, hair conditioner, but instead there is kitchen tool that we prolly use less. It’s not bad but it’s just not great. They are fixing or doing some construction so it was very loud entire my stay. I should’ve booked another place. Having no natural right was not pleasant to me which their site won’t explain non of that.
