Extremely hospital & higher level of aminities. Only bad thing were the beds. Extremely soft because of age I think. Please fix that as mattresses should be at least a 6-7 firmness…. Not 2-3. (Way too old & soft). I asked for something firmer but front desk said there was nothing else??? I believe it’s next to impossible to not have a firmer bed in all those rooms???

I have been to this hotel numerous times with my 12 pound dog. We love being there. This time however, I was charged $75 per fee rather than the $25 per fee I have paid in the past. I can’t afford this. I won’t stay there again
