This property is a little dated and feels like the would benefit from a couple extra maintenance people, but this was our second stay here. The besd are comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Clean carpet and furniture. The breakfast is well stocked.

Embassy Suites is usually consistent - the staff was good, but it was in the 40's in Dallas and the admin would not turn on the heat. The entire building was freezing (it was warmer outside in the sun) and the only response was "we can give you extra blankets". It was October 30th!

The stay was great...my view not so great...room was clean...beds comfortable....shower curtain rod was bowed..the curtain didn't fit the rod well...very easy to get to property...staff was great..food was wonderful...especially the breakfast and the cook...great place to stay without spending alot of money. We ordered a king and got two doubles. When I asked about parking the front desk girl said to park on the side or back. There was no room so I ended up parking in the dirt. Found out the next day that there is a parking garage she didn't mention. The hotel looked nice, but is in a sketchy area. The worst part was that around 11:45 PM the fire alarms when off in the entire hotel because someone did something they shouldn't have in their room. After about an hour three firemen showed up but apparently couldn't do much. we could not go into our room because the sound of the smoke detectors was deafening. It was less bad in the atrium so we stayed there until about 1:10 AM when the alarms finally turned off. Shame because it looked nice inside. I will never stay here again. This hotel is now on my blacklist and I will dispute the charge on the credit card for the room.
