The hotel is in an amazing location right next to Brandenburg gate. You can feel the history throughout the building. However, rooms need and upgrade, tiny fridges, not many minibar or snack items, very small shower for a deluxe room. Also, despite there being many available tables, the constant waiting at breakfast does not help.

This is the best hotel in Berlin but it's more than that to us. Its a wonderful experience filled with first class customer service. The staff make it work.
