I’ve been going there for months love it when I come to Fort Wayne but now this last time they started charging me a deposit which I did not plan on that because I’m two hours away and I’ve never had to do a deposit so I will probably be finding another hotel

Didn't like the property at all. Homeless and vagrants all over the property inside and out, room smelled bad, oven was stuck "ON" so room was hot and there was a haze in the room from it. A/C barely kept up, beds uncomfortable, and front desk could not change the room for us because they were "booked full" for the weekend. Absolutely the worst and scariest stay at a hotel we have ever experienced. Our advice is to STAY AWAY!

Staff was great. Check in was awesome. Rooms (we had two) were in need of cleaning. If you’re looking for a bed for the night it’s fine. If you’re looking for anything more than that you should look somewhere else.

One night traveling stay

The front desk workers were very sweet! The room was not very clean though, it had a really bad, mildewy smell and the rug felt wet, the shower had dirt, the bathroom sink had hair in it, there was a hairball on our rug, and our bed had a few crumbs under the pillow. We were also on the first floor and our window was facing the parking lot and the cars & people outside were loud all night.

Pretty decent property, nice room... Half the price of all suites hotels... Kitchen wasn't equipped with anything and the stove and microwave had seen better days. But all in all it was a good value.

I should have thought more about what extended stay meant when I booked for a short sleepover on a road trip. Building was very busy, noisy. Lots of families and screaming, yelling, running, lots of pets. Hotel had some odour but was clean, room was huge, staff was great. Breakfast is minimal. Planning ahead I would book a normal hotel next time.

The rooms are great, as is the staff. My only issue was when they mopped the floors. They don’t ring the mop out and it’s super slippery for at least a half an hour. Another odd thing they had a sign posted that said if you smell like marijuana for any reason, they will ask you to leave the property. Just thought that was super weird.

Horrible! There was constant noise of children running from the ceiling during the day. I work nights, so I got very little sleep. There were also hairs in the shower, and a battery lying on the bed under the blanket when I arrived. It made me wonder if they actually changed the bedding.

Avoid at all costs!

The room is smelly and had clogged bathtubs. The associates are not helpful either. The hotel advertises breakfast but do not get fooled unless you believe Nutri grain bars, oatmeal packets and coffee are enough. Will never stay again here and may avoid the brand altogether.

Having stayed at several extended stays in various places, previously, and checking out the picture of the exterior of the hotel, I thought I was making the right decision. However, the inside of the hotel is very outdated, needs a ton of work. Even though it’s an extended stay, and you have a decent kitchen, you have to make special arrangements to get utensils and plates, etc. from the front desk. One positive is that our room was clean. I definitely will not be staying here again.

We Will Never Stay Here Again

When we arrived for our son's wedding reception we should have just booked another hotel. Lots of people are smoking and drinking out int he parking lot. We arrived in our rooms which were dirty and smelled of mildew. We had to go and purchase cleaning materials because the floors were dirty and sticky. The carpet was stained and the couches were ripped. The tub was so dirty! We would have tried to find another hotel, but we couldn't find one. This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in! The photos are of the bathtub and the amount of Clorox wipes we used in one of the three hotel rooms that we had

There was so much noise that I had trouble sleeping. Aside from the AC's loud noise, there were other sounds that I couldn't identify. Despite being a pet-friendly establishment, the room smelled like a dog and the floor was sticky. I become unwell because of my allergy.

They don't have good cooking gas I went to buy at Walmart to prepare our meals. They collected $100 as caution fee and promise to refund it after my stay. Till now I have not gotten the refund. That means I paid more than what was in the site ads. Not good.
