I never got to stay there they said I never had a reservation. I need a full refund It’s a scam on hotels.com. An I’m in the middle of a snowstorm with nowhere to stay The front desk lady was absolutely rude an terrible. She never asked for my id. Or reservation tried to charge me another 84$. For a room. My booking shows we had a Deluxe Studio, Multiple Beds, Non Smoking but hey gave us the room that was Deluxe Studio, queen size bed and sofa bed, Non Smoking. Our room was located directly above the office and with in 15 minutes of us getting into the room they started complaining about the kids making noise. If not do those things I would have been happy with our stay
