First thought was this couldn’t be terrible. Well when I first walked in you could smell a very weird smell in the room I shouldn’t have stayed after that. The bathroom wasn’t terrible but I noticed when you turn the water on the shower pan just leaked everywhere so I def knew then there was mold but I thought it wouldn’t be bad, I woke up throwing up and having the worst head ache ever I left immediately after I felt like I could drive

Ac not in proper working condition. Property littered with trash. Suspicion, unsavory characters(solicitor, homeless) attacking guests and trying to break into rooms. Unprofessional business practices such as not allowing check in on certain days through 3rd party and owned sites causing guests to pay outrageous non 3rd party owned property site costs(very sneaky but obvious) which are driven up on purpose for this sneaky practice. This needs to be corrected. Ots not a good look for Red Roof. Red Roof has great properties its just a few ive stayed at use these practices. Should be investigated and fixed.

The room is in need of a serious make over. Its run down, the heating unit didn’t work, and the maintenence of the physical condition has been ignored. If the weather had not been so cold, the heating unit would not have been the issue. But due to cokd temperatures and a winter storm warning, I left a day early so I wouldn't freeze at night. I deserve a refund for one night based on the poor heating unit.

Roaches! The staff woman was friendly but I do believe she knew about the condition before hand the way she stressed about being available for ANY problems. I didn’t even sleep, I left all the lights on to minimize them coming out, they crawled on the dressers the curtains on the bed and mostly in the shower by the drain. I didn’t even shower I checked out and found something similar in price for much better condition.
They are all different sizes meaning an infestation, please condemn the building, and take care of this.
