Facility was dilapidated. My room looked nothing like the pictures. It was worn down. There was hair in the shower and the freezer part of the mini friwas disgusting and dirty. The gentleman who checked me in was okay customer services wise, but the older lady who checked me out was pretty rude.

Some remodeling had been completed, and the staff was friendly: however 1. There really isn’t any place to eat nearby and they don’t have any breakfast, just coffee. However, the coffee was good if that’s all you want. 2. There wasn’t a soap dish in the shower. 3. There were two thin towels, and one washcloth and no bath mat. 4. The sofa is in a separate room and faces a blank wall.

They did nit have a key that worked. They could use the master to let me in but there was not a key so I code go in and out of the room as needed!! Crazy!!! The "man" from thy front desk told me I wasn't doing the card correctly and he needed to "teach me!" He was then also not able to open the door with the key either!!?? Very condescending. Disrespectful! The electrical outlets in the bathroom didn't work! Plugged my curling iron in at an outlet by the door.... But the plug kept falling out of the outlet! I asked to get my money back but was unable to get a person on the phone from. Hotels.com.it was all a disaster. The Howard Johnson was listed as a Wyndham hotel. Called them and they told me there was nothing they could do as these hotels all have independent owners... Don't trust Wyndham either.
