All staff were very nice and acommodating. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Vincent at the front desk was extremely helpful when i called before booking. We needed a wheelchair accessible room and the pictures did not show the toilet area accurately. He personally went to the room to check so he could verbally explain how the safety bars were placed. He also encouraged me to book with Hotels.com because the rate was better than what he could offer. He then had me call him back just to make sure i booked the same room he looked at for me. EXCELLENT customer service! We will be staying here again in the future.

I have stayed here twice now and it is just underwhelming. The water pressure both times I stayed here was very low. The beds were decent, however the carpets in my room were still wet (as though they shampooed them recently, but they were not dry).

A very nice and quiet place to stay in Monterey

I had a business trip to Pebble Beach and decided to stay in Monterey for the night so my wife could enjoy what Monterey offers while I'm busy. The hotel was chosen because it's very close to the beach and within walking distance from Cannery Row, Fisherman's Warf etc. Because it was a Thursday night, the hotel was not too busy. The check-in was fast, the room spotless, and even though it's very close to the freeway, it was quiet. The room had a very large bathroom, a nice desk for me to use my laptop, a lot of charging USB ports, and plenty of electrical outlets. Breakfast was included and had a good coffee and tea, cheese omelets, oatmeal, fruits, bagels, cream cheese, juices - everyone could find something they like. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

It was alright

Room was clean, however there were ants in the bathroom. Not a lot, just a stray one once in a while. Pretty noisy at night. Not expecting silence but there was a banging that seemed to be coming from within the walls. First in the bathroom then what sounded like behind the fridge. Then it stopped.
