I have always enjoyed staying at Embassy suites because of the separated bedroom and awesome breakfast. The beds are really comfortable and if you time it right, their omelettes are awesome. However, they are getting a little outdated and could use a facelift with some upgrades to stay in competition with other hotels that offer similar accommodations.
