We traveled with an assistant dog, so we booked the big suite. It was not cheap, I had to say, yet the staffs were very warm, kind and helpful! Their efforts did make us feeling welcome. The prices included breakfast and it had high quality of cheeses, cold cuts and smoked salmon. There were scrambled and boiled eggs, smoothies, fresh pastry…etc all were delicious! The hotel location was fantastic too. We were in the center so we walked everywhere. There were some noises outside because we opened the windows for the time we stayed there, but it didn’t bother us. If someone was sensitive with noises, just closed the windows or used the ear plugs in the room. We liked to thank the hotel for their hospitality!

Unfortunately not enough electric plugs to charge devices unless I wanted to crawl under a desk or a bed side table. Lamps with usb plugs on the desk would have been appreciated. I had one free plug outside the bathroom, I had to drag the desk chair over in order to have a surface to put my devices on, very awkward. No body lotion in the bathroom was strange. No luggage rack in the room. Breakfast was terrific. Small items to correct, but otherwise a very nice stay

They gave us a room in what I suspect was the «dog»-row, since we travel with our dog. And our room was not nice at all. It was tired, uninspired and with a mishmash of different furnitures that made no sence. TV was from another era, and, well; the picture I took in the would say it all. Front of house staff was lovely and breakfast was good.
