The room condition was okay. We had a bunch of stink bugscome in our room the second night. The smoke alarm was not properly installed in the ceiling. They are doing remodeling now which was awful due to them working on the room next to ours way to early (7am). Need to be considerate of your guest. The food choices were very limited. Maybe some fresh fruit for people with food allergies. I will say all of the actually staff as in front desk and housekeeping were amazing.

Quick weekend

We were in Memphis for a quick weekend to visit family and go to a few sites. The staff we encountered during our stay were all very helpful and friendly. The pool was out of service, the AC didn’t work well and our room was always humid feeling clammy, our door looked as if someone took a crowbar to the door to get in but it did lock. This was the second room we were given after the sink in our first room didn’t not drain.

Ishea, was a great receptionist. She decorated the lobby for Valentine’s Day. Breakfast was delicious especially the sausage links. We felt safe, the security was visible at all times, late night and early morning. Conveniently located by the hospital. The manager was also very friendly and caring. I would recommend this hotel.
