Check-in staff was on her phone and didn't seem to be very welcoming. It took a while for her to identify our room and check us in. She didn't seem to be very capable of operating the computer to select our room and check us in. Not very professional. Our first stay at the property. The other hotels we usually stay in while in town were full due to nearby college graduation.

Parking lot was dirty with trash everywhere. Broken up parking lot difficult to drive though. Very noisy due to be located right by highway. Everything was dirty and felt very unsafe. Not as advertised at all. Will not be back

This hotel was horrible. The air vents was full of dirt and gunk. The ac was missing buttons. There was mold around baseboards and mold on the tub. Looks nothing like the pictures. The smell was horrible too! The curtain had holes on it.
