Parking was difficult due to construction, which was not the fault of the motel. The motel is run-down, with holes in the ceiling, broken chain locks on the door which are alarming, broken HVAC, non-working television, and bugs noticeable in the room on arrival, dead gnats all over the bed. Management was responsive only during business hours, so my mother spent a very cold night with no heat, no cold water (scalding shower) and no television until the next day. No compensation was offered in exchange for her misery.

We wanted a hotel for sleeping. Came to visit family in Oregon. Would have like a coffee pot in the room. Had to ask for a hair dryer. Office was locked at all times Had to communicate through a window Room was comfortable and clean

Property was old, old looking, somewhat difficult to get in/out due to one-way roads around property, clerk was not friendly, flooring was laminate w/o carpeting, bathroom was not well kept

at check in the clerk was rude and unfriendly ice machine broken door locks were broken so room was unsafe I was with my brother or I would have gone and slept in my car at the police station other than stay at this awful motel. Roadway needs to review the facility and remove all affiliation with this motel

Management is rude and unhelpful. Tried to cancel several times otside of the cancellation window and was denied. First because the front desk agent said she wasnt authorized and then because i had made a change. My confirmation email said it was cancellabe, and nothing about making a change negating the cancellation policy.

Very basic place but affordable in a town with expensive lodging options. Does have mini fridge and microwave but no breakfast or coffee (no coffee in office or room). Bed very very firm. If you’re a side sleeper your hips will hurt. Downtown area with cute shops and cafes is about a 3 block walk away.
