We had a long drive behind us with more to come so stopped for the night. The hotel wasn’t fancy but was immaculate, comfortable, value-priced, and offered a breakfast spread equal to hotels that are 1-2 tiers more expensive. (Ask for cook-to-order eggs of any style!) Staff were friendly and competent. We did not use the pool or gym equipment.

Rooms are nice as the one we stayed in had recently been renovated. The rest of the property was being worked on and I hope it turns out as nice as the rooms. There was an issue with the shower and staff was alerted to this issue. It did not prevent us from using shower but was leaking and would need to be addressed. Staff was super friendly. The first day the breakfast room staff made eggs to order for me.

Awesome. This Baymont exceeded my expectations. The room was nicely updated and very quiet. The pool and spa were relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was fantastic. Eggs made to order, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, etc. Front desk and breakfast area staff were great. I definitely want to stay here again.

Clean room, Debbie at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. She made cookies for the guests which is a nice touch. Pool and hot tub were in working order for my daughter and her friends to enjoy. I recommend this hotel…..reasonable price as well

My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by how nice this room was for being on the cheaper end of the nightly cost scale. Staff were friendly, Richmond is a frequent stop for me for a few hours of rest and a shower while I'm on the road through the Mid-West for work.. Would consider making this my regular spot over Motel 6 for future endeavors through the Richmond Area. The stay started off with being given a room that was still in the process of being cleaned. The front desk lady was great and resolved it within a matter of a minute. The clean room we got was really nice for the price. The pool area was relatively nice but showed signs of wear as well as there being food on the floor around the hot tub. Probably from the group of kids there before we made it to the pool area. Hot tub was hot, Jets jetted but it could probably have used some maintenance to make it a better experience but overall still felt pretty awesome after being in a car for almost 24 hours straight. Overall 9/10 for what it is. Pros: There's a chipoltle across the street that makes really good burritos and given the location of the hotel and parking lot, your car seems pretty secure on the premises.
