Nice comortable bed a good resturant with good menu. In a good spot for getting around. A basic breakfast provided kept you going till lunch time.

Breakfast should have eggs or some other variation. Bathroom shower had no ledge or long enough curtain, so using hand shower meant getting the whole bathroom wet. it was a super ineffective design and created a mess. sink faucet was leaky.

Cute but tiny

Room was clean yet the bathroom was so small I was literally able to lean on the sink and sit in the toilet !!! The shower is so tiny you can’t turn at all.. I was supposed to get a complimentary bottle of wine at arrival and did not get it. Parking is not $48 it was $67. And was told suvs are more expensive to park. It did not mention that on the website .. but can’t argue, it’s San Francisco… it’s hard to find parking..

MADNESS AROUND THE HOTEL

Due its location on Downtown San Francisco, Tenderloin district ,the noise around terrible, different kind of addict people around causing trouble. Police, Ambulances, firefighters every minute around. Crazy.

Place was near a lot of dining places. Conveniently close to 630 Jones patio bar. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was that when at checkin, they tried to change my booking to another hotel that I didn’t not reserve for. When asked additional questions as to why my room wasn’t held onto, he just responded by okay okay I’ll check you in here… after checking everything was smooth and easy.

Good for the price you pay. My advice is to take a few laundry freshener sheets to put in between your clothes. The hotel building is old, so there’s a damp smell in the air. It’ll make your clothes stink.
